How a build works
We choose one recurring task and build a system to handle it. That could mean automating follow-ups, taking bookings through a website or helping customers buy from your store.
A storefront or landing page qualifies when it handles sales, bookings or follow-ups for you. Built in a focused sprint, followed by 30 days of monitoring and fixes from handover. Pricing comes with the quote, once we have scoped one system.

Before, free
Automation plan
Tell me which tasks take up your time. Within 48 hours I send you a plan, written by me, naming three time-consuming tasks, which one to automate first and how to build it.

Day 0 to day 7
Scope, then build
At kickoff we choose one task, define what starts it and sign off on a pass/fail test. Your system goes live in your accounts within 7 days.

Handoff
Everything you need to run it
You own the code, credentials, hosting accounts and exported data. With it comes:
- A one-page operating guide: what it does, what to check, what to do if it fails
- Code and docs that ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or OpenClaw can read, explain and edit for you
- A short video showing how

30 days after
Monitoring and fixes
I monitor the system for 30 days from handover and check in at 14 and 30 days. Fixes to the agreed system are included. New workflows are scoped separately.
What I commit to. Two promises.
I finish the agreed build.
Whatever we scope on Day 0 goes live in your business, or I keep building at no charge until it does.
Build credit if it fails the test.
At kickoff we agree on a pass/fail test, like whether the follow-ups actually went out. Run the system for 30 days from handover. If it fails that test, you get the full build fee as credit toward your next build, and I keep working on it until it passes.
Your part is to attend the kickoff and handoff.
After the 30 days of monitoring from handover, you can run the system yourself or choose ongoing support, month to month.
